cd or dvd writing problem Closed

Hello,
when i am tring to burn cd or dvd with nero7 or 6 or 8 ,It gives message as "burning failed at 4x or 8x speed  "and exit .is it problem of CD/ROM ?what is the soln?plz help me.

Please consider changing the burning speed at a higher speed and hence get the problem solved.
