Total Security Virus, now nothing works

I recently got the virus, now nothing works. When I try and boot up, all I get is a black screen. When I try and boot up in safe mode, it starts then stops while going through the files. I tried everything (Ctrl, Alt, Delete), to get my task manager up, and that won't work either. Nothing seems to working, PLEASE HELP
