Dvd softwere problem

hallow all,

i have installed quick play softwere for my laptap which has vista program.

when i want watch movies from the pen drive it says please insert disc. i am able to watch movies from the dvd cd. but i am not able to watch from the external hard disk. whta me be the problem. I also reinstalled quick play dvd softwere.

what should i do?

Hi there,

Get in disk management by opening run and typing: diskmgmt.msc,press ok then as soon as open right click on device and change its path letter like F: G: or any other letter nit yet been assigned to any device by windows.
