I HAVE A HP PAVILLION DV4000 I JUST INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE NOW THE DVD PLAYER WILL NOT WORK IT KEEPS PROMPTING ME TO INSERT DISC WHEN I DOUBLE CLICK THE DVD ICON IN MY COMPUTER THE TRAY POPS OPENS /NO DISC IN DRIVE?? DEVICE MANAGER REPORTS [THIS DEVICE IS WORKING PROPERLY]
