How to reset factory n Nokia E88 (China made

Hello,
I have Nokia E88 mobile.Suddenly it not ring while phone will come.But other that.It works fine.I thought that any problem with speaker but its not.keypad sound is coming.only ringing sound is problem.Kindly guide me how to reset factory?it asking password.password should be more than 4 letters.
Kindly help me
