Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Is there any yellow mark on your drive ? Check under "DVD\CD-ROM drives". If there is any yellow mark then double-click on it or right-click on it and select the option "Properties". Let us know the "Device Status".
