Computer does not bootup

Hello,
i boot on my computer but geting to windows progressing bar it shows a blue screen and reboot, repeating it every time. i tried cleaning the mother board and memory stick for dust but after fixing the memory on the same slot i removed from, and than swicth on the computer. the computer refuse to boot and the power on button light and booting button light was on still no blinking and on sound. pls what can i do?

Try this 1
If you have installed any new device then remove it. Place the RAM inanother slot. If the problem still exists then let us know the blue screen error code. Example : 0x000000F4
