Hello,

Couple of days back I cleaned my system (desktop), disconnected all hddisk/CD/DVD cables. But after I connected them back It started showing messages on the startup "INVALID CONFIGURATION,,,, DATE/TIME NOT SET". Press F1 to continue and F2 to enter setup. When I enter setup I had to set date / time. Besides, also bring the CD to Auto. and then restarted. I had to do every time I start my system. However, when I connect my USB keyboard it also shows "KEYBOARD FAILURE". Please help me out of this problem. thanx

Hello,

Try this 1

First check your CMOS battery and make sure it is placed properly.

If the problem still exists then may be now its time for you to change the CMOS

battery on your motherboard.

Switch Off your computer --> Remove the battery from the motherboard and

place the new CMOS battery properly --> Switch ON your computer -->

Go to your BIOS --> Load default settings ---> Set the date & time --> Set the

first boot device as "Hard Disk" --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.

Good Luck
