Try this 1
You need to have the necessary plug-in installed.
Mostly it requires the "Adobe Flash Player".
Click on the below hyperlink "Adobe Flash Player" and download it.

Note : Uncheck the check box "Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus - optional".
If the problem still exist then you need to install their specific plug-in.
