Burned a movie on DVD-R but will not play Back on DVD player but will play on computer.

WHY?

See what "format" you used when you burned it. Are you certain you burned it in DVD format, and not a WMP or other format (data) that your dvd player does not recognize? What is the Extension of the file, and how many folders do you have on the disk?
