Suddenly all games are very slow

i have a pretty med range pc
my specs are --
intel core 2 quad q8300 2.5ghz
amd sapphire hd 7770
4 gb kingston ram
450w power supply
Just yesterday i played 3 to 4 matches with my brother in fifa 14
it ran very well even far cry 4 and alien isolation ran very well but today when i ON my pc and ran fifa 14 was extremely slooowww. I checked other games and they were also slow.
Pleasseee help me
