Forgot my nokia 215 green mobile security code

Hello,

I forgot my security code for nokia 215 and I hav the invoice along with proofs that I am the owner of the phone. I submitted the proofs and phone in a nokia service centre for repair, but even nokia was not able to reset to factory settings, this shows nokia is not able to support its own products. Atleast can u help ? I can mail you the proofs

How often do you use your mobile? When is the last time you used it ?

Since I have a smart phone also..I rarely use my mobile as its a basic one, just for an official sim I use that mobile. And now the code does not work at all , I just use 4 to 6 pwd default, whatever I put as pwd its not accepting
