How to reset Sprint PIN: number, online
Sprint requires customers to use a PIN (personal identification number) for account security. The PIN is 6-10 characters and allows Sprint to confirm customer identification. It's required each time you call the Sprint hotline or visit a store location. This article will explain how to reset your PIN online.

To reset your Sprint PIN, go to the Sprint website and select My Sprint.
- Enter your login credentials, and select Submit.
- Find the Profile and Security section, and then, scroll down to Security information.
- Here, you can update your PIN as well as your security question and answer. To apply your changes, click Save.
