How to recover and or create a new Skype password

I have tried on multiple occasions to recreate the theoretically forgotten password that I have
been using daily for the past year. On the I'm seriously mentally handicapped side of things,
Due too a traumatic brain injury "TBI" courtesy of doing my job for Uncle Sam, I no longer have the
ability to learn and remember anything for longer then a few hours at best. Please, please help
me out with this damned problem.
