Hello,

I have 3 PC's at home and all have a different operating programm. I am thinking of buying Vista once but install it on all 3 PC's ( I know I shouldn't ). However, I normally have all 3 PC's on a network connection via cable but want to know if Windows Vista will actually recognise that all 3 PC's have been programmed by the same cd and stop the network from working?

Any ideas?

Thank you

Martin

hi,
you will need to configure the network again.
this is because installing Vista will cause the loss of all your data and settings.

Hi,

thanks for the answer. I know that I will have to set up everything again but before I buy Vista I want to know if the system will not network properly because I will install this one Vista version to all my PC's?
