After downloading app on tizen store my Z2 fails to install why

Kindly help after downloading app from tizen store am told intalation failed i have no app help

Hi,

Set the correct date and time of your Tizen phone by going to Settings > Date and Time.

my phone's time and date already set but apps can't installing in tizen store
