Locked Out Closed

Question

I have been locked out of FB.  When I pull up the website it defaults to a "checkpoint" banner that says:
Your Account Has Been Locked
We saw unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has used your account without your knowledge.
Account Locked April 2, 2021
To protect you, your profile is not visible to people on Facebook and you can't use your account.

There is a "Learn More" link but it only takes me to generic info on keeping your account secure that you need to login to accomplish.
I have tried everything i can but still end up at the "checkpoint" banner message.

Can anyone help?
