According to Garena's policies, use of third-party applications that allows to acquire an unfair competitive advantage is strictly prohibited.
If you've used such applications, no appeals will be entertained and you'll unable to recover your player ID. In case you think they made a mistake, try contacting them using this form.
NB: Please note that CCM has no connection with Garena and cannot unblock your player ID.
