Hi,
Check also that Adaptive Streaming using JavaScript is disabled in the web browser's settings. If it is enabled, it may prevent videos from playing.

Error code 224003 usually indicates a web browser issue rather than a problem with your LG TV itself. First, clear out your browser's cache and cookies. Over time, this temporary data can build up and cause playback problems; also make sure your LG TV's web browser is up to date. If you have any extensions installed in your browser, try disabling them temporarily. Sometimes extensions can conflict with video playback. Finally, see if your LG TV has a secondary web browser option. If so, try playing the movie there to see if the issue persists with your main browser
