Hi,
Check also that Adaptive Streaming using JavaScript is disabled in the web browser's settings. If it is enabled, it may prevent videos from playing.

Error code 224003 usually indicates a web browser issue rather than a problem with your LG TV itself. First, clear out your browser's cache and cookies.
