Periodic image based on Time to SFTP site

Hello,

I am looking for a webcam that will upload an image to SFTP site once every hour. In the past I used IQeye cams but they only support FTP and not SFTP.

The webcam will be connected via a verizon hotspot. I don't need to remotely control cam and I don't need an App to view
