My cd/dvd driv can not read cd but read dvd a

Hello,
my cd/dvd driv can not read cd but read dvd and some time cd too

hi there,,

try to go to update the drivers

go to my computer

right click properties >

manage>

device manager>

double click on cd/dvd drive> driver


then update it
