Nero 2009 error

Hello, I have not been able to download anything from iTunes since I installed Nero 2009. I am also sllowed to burn these files in Canada but I cannot burn anything because Nero 2009 has taken over my computer and will not allow any burning that they do not approve. How can I correct this problem?
