Foramtting

Hello,
I have four partition in my heard disk due to some problem i cant open the D drive. It is showing the message to format it. But when i am clicking on the format opton to format it the message s comming that it can't be formated. Then what to do i cant format all the whole computer because it contans many data.
Is there any way to do it ? Any software to do it ?
Second problem s that i cant also open my f drive. It is showing that The file or the drive is corrupted
Then what to do>..........
