Hello,
sir

my problem is that when i log on at administrator there is no run option where i can type regedit.msc. how run option possible ? give me tips

Do you have access to ms dos or cmd? just type regedit in the commad line it should open the registry editor

Also to have access to the run command, try to use the Windows task manager, just press ALT,Ctrl Del

go to the application tab

Click "new task"
