I got hacked, HOW CAN I DELETE MSN?

Hello,
my msn got hacked.
i keep coming online my friends say and the person keeps swearing and pretending to be me
i had to msn's and their both hacked
i tried typing my secret answer but it is saying 'You've tried too many times to verify your account information. Choose a different password reset option, or try again later.'
and i tried sending it to my alternief msn hotmail but it is not sending anything.
please help me i really want to delete my msn cause this it going to turn out really bad
how can i delete my msn???
