Hello,
I have a computer, (XP Pro) that is hidden, has all my surveillance camera's on it and I would like to access it from another desktop computer (Vista). Need advise with how to link to that computer. The camera's work off a special card inserted into the computer. I have never linked one computer to the other except for music and files. I was hoping to get more of a full access from my video surveillance camera's. I live in a bad area and have already caught several would be crooks. I am doing this to avoid someone stealing my surveillance computer, even though it is lock up. I was hoping they would think it is all being processed from my desktop. Thank you in advance for your input.

hi there,

you can access it through remote desktop

or configuring your router with an ip address

and access it from anywhere with

a user name and password

Thanks
