Dvd no show

Hello,
my name is Al, I downloaded power dvd from the internet, But when i put in the dvd it tells me to insert a disk into G drive or D drive.it won`t read it. but my dvd drive will read cd`s and other software. WHY WON`T IT READ DVD`S. I JUST SPENT $60.00. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY.


PLEASE HURRY FEELING REAL BAB RIGHT NOW.

hi there,

roll back the newly installed driver and test it

if still same issue go to device manager and update driver and firmware version
