Tally9(Multi) on UbuntuClosed

Hello,

I have installed Tally9 server on Windows XP system. 
My client site all system is ubuntu 9.04. And I installed wine also.

using following following cmd I have started Tally9 wine ~/.wine/driver_c/Tally9/tally9.exe
But its start and give me error "Unable to get license from License Server x.x.x.x:9000 and its start with educational mode.

Please help me on it.

I have tried installing Tally in Hardy with wine. It was running flawlessly in Hardy. I Installed it and it is running.

Download install.exe from here to Home folder: http://www.tally.co.in/download9.shtml

Open Terminal, then enter these commands.

sudo apt-get install wine

Install the tally

wine install.exe

Then, run the tally with wine

wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Tally/tally9.exe

But, I am not sure whether the tally is fully functionable in Linux.
