Hello,
I am trying to burn an iso file to my dvd drive using windows vista, having used both roxio cd creator and img burn i get the error message I/O error.
I tried to get on to the advanced settings for the drive. When opening in device manager the IDE ATA controllers a list of four are given.
IDE channel
IDE channel
Ricoh SD/MMC Host Controller
Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller
However when clicking on the advanced settings on the IDE channels I get no drop down menu.
Somebody told me a need a drop down menu in order to change the drive to IPO only.
As I do not have this option does anyone know what else I can try?
