DVD writer problem

Hello,
I have a CD/DVD Writer which sometime back started showing unusual problem. It don't read any DVD but writes it properly. I checked those DVDs on another PC. With CDs, it reads and writes them properly. Is it a software problem or hardware?

hi there,

its a software problem

you should update the driver and firmware

go to device manager and update it from there

Where i can find device manager?

type devmgmt.msc

press ok it will open

expand the lost
