Missing something

Hello,
Every time I load Firefox I get a message as follows:

ApplicationData\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\h1t8vs8t.default\extensions\{E2883E8F-427F-4fb0-9522-AC9BF37916A7}\chrome\content\getPlusPlus-Adobe-reg-bootstrap.exe

If I click 'OK' Firefox loads. If I need another file within Firefox, suuch as a photo ], I go through the same process. Any idea what's happening and how I cure, please?

to reinstall the application

this may fix this issue as error displayed

results to negative search
