Dvd drive not detecting dvds but cd its readi

Hello,
i have 7 system in my office all the systems having a dvd writer, all the seven systems its not reading dvd but cd it will read , when i put the dvd in the drive it showing 0 size capacity , could you help me please . its hardware problem are software problem

Since you can read only cd and not dvd, means there is a problem somewhere, you must change dvd !
