You can make free calls from internet to internet by using a Voip software,Skype will be the best matching your needs as well as it supports chats which are also free of charge,but if you need to make internet to landline or mobile phone calls you will have to purchase credits and skype has the lowest rate for ,making calls.You can download it freely from link below:

Dear All!
Me and my family (in PK) use skype for video chat. The problem is that when may family share their screen with me I seen all the activity but when they click the option "Stop Sending Screen" to turn of sharing, everything goes off. I cannot see their video anymore.
I could not understand that what is wrong. I myself could not find the answer. If anybody could help....
