Focus webcam

Hello,
I have added hp cam with arc soft software but having trouble getting cam to focus. I have 1 on windows 7 and 1 on vista. The 1 on vista is worse need some help, already tried to manual focus but doesnt help much have cleaned lens ,wont go to auto adjust'. hope you can help?

Hi there,

Have you installed the correct driver version?What is your actual operating system in use?please give more information.
