Having problem with farmville

Hello,
i play farmville on google chrome but when i click on market or ribbons or gifts it doesn't open please tell me what to do.

Hi there,

Delete the cookies and clear browser cache,restart browser log in and get your gifts.

hi i play farmvill on face book but when i open it to play the page don't open pleas can u tell what to do
