Sony dvd

Hello,

my Sony is reading only DVD'S but not CD'S ?

it is taking too much time to read and some of the files i am not able to open, were in other files are opening in the same dvd.

i purchased it 6 months back

this is the second time i went for sony but eventhough with the brand name it is not satisfying me

hey there,

there may be something malfunctionning with the dvd rom and if you tell me that it is 6 months old then you must surely have guarantee on it and i would advice you to have it excahnged where you bought it..
