Dvd writer

Hello,
i have toshiba satellite l40 laptop
the problem with dvd writer. it writes dvd but it does not read or write cd.
so whats the problems.

Dear Bakul,

Please consider checking the lens. Have it cleaned without causing any damage to it without causing any damage to it to see whether it works.
