Porn sites and antivirus adds

Hello, My daughters computer started popping up porn sites and anti virus adds. I cant use IE it says you need antivirus protection. I have avg and superantispyware but it wont let me run them. Have tried to restore, no, Have malwayebytes and it runs but doesnt help the problem. Tried everything I know. I have cable internet.Tried Save mode to no avail. Any advice?
