New at Webcam

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1545.. I was using Logitech webcam that was free? I was able to photo captue and video conference.. What was that program that was free?

Anyone familiar? I dont have the logitech cam..the program that was free, was awesome. How do I get it back?
