How do I connect 10 work stations 5 on a file server and 5 on a web server with each server provided with network printer. what connectivity devices will be used what ip addresses will be used? Routers should be used as well as the internet.

First you need to set up a network to connect all computers and servers. Get a router and take a look on following wireless network or Ethernet wired network setup tutorial, hope can give you more ideas. If needed, you can use network switch to expand your network, finally you can consider sharing printer or files on your new network.
