I bought e71 mobile china with my collegue,My ringer sounds can't be hear i allready check the setting configuration and profile, apportunately the volume it self is full bar. But if i try to ring the phone it is still soundless. The Vibration is working.
1. No ringer tone.
2. i try to changed different sound track but it fails
3.Ill try to used MP3 music but it fails again.
4. The volume bar is full but no sounds.
5.I all ready set the mobile to factory setting but still no ringer tone.
Could any body tell me how can i got the ringing tone volumn? thanks a lot.
