Well currently I am using Window XP having no more experience about mac. But as I hear that there may not be installed program. You have not mention that which which error you are able to see. You have to use program or software like Flash etc. I am currently using Flash I am able to see it. I just suggest you to download the program hopefully your problem will be solved.
