Nokia "Ovi" store not work. Closed

Question

my nokia5130 xpressmusic phone pre-installed ovi store apps not work. when i try to open it this error came " Conflicting application show item" then i press "yes" button phone automatically Restart. why is that? i deleted all the apps that i installed in my phone.

now my phone only has pre installed apps they can't delete

Hi there,

Did you install ovi on your system?or you tried accessing the ovi setup directly n your phone?Please give more information.

Now my phone only has Factory installed applications and Games. They can't delete. I reset my phone and Formatted it memory card, but that problem still have then.  

In above i told my phone automatically restart. in that situation my phone appear white colour and not respond then came front page. its looks like phone restart but i set pin number for my Sim in above phone restart my phone didn't request pin number.
