My dvd ram is not working

Hello,
my dvd can play movies and video but cannot read any files help me please
all drivers are perfect
i have even installed decoder
and tried to fix it using microsoft
nothing works m fed up

<config>Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0<config>

My dvd ram is not working
Clear ram cmd - Guide
Dvd decoder - Download - CD and DVD
Photoshop not enough ram - Guide
Dvd shrink - Download - CD and DVD
Dual channel ram - Guide
