Hello,

I cannot access the internet at all from my Dell Inspiron
I have an excellent connection according to the icon on the
bottom right. I think i have a virus that is preventing internet
acess... Anyone can help???

I assume you are using a wireless connection.
Disconnect maually and reconnect and install your network key.
make sure your router has the right ip address
If you use an access point check the ip address there as well
If possible with Mac try the internet diagnostic tool
