HOW DO YOU OPEN TS2 BODYSHOP!!!!!!!!!!

I can't open ts2 body shop every time i click on it a box shows up saying please double click on custom content package file. i opened it once (BUT I HAD NO CLUE HOW I DID THAT) I clicked on the package installer but it said the same thing. please help me!!!!!!:(

Dear Sir,

It might be that there is a problem upon the installation cd or still you do not have the necessary minimum requirements.
