No Mic Skype

Hello,

I have Skype on my HP laptop and for some reason my "microphone" doesn't work... it tells me that it is too loud and nobody is able to here me yet it's a laptop and I tried playin with the settings to turn down my output sound, but it doesnt work. Any suggestion??!

Hi there,

Which version are you using?and your os type?if using latest version press on microphone>check call quality guide>and select your issue for microphone and appropriate instructions will appear.
