Can't install Adobe SW Player V 11.0.3.470

Hello, I have tried several times to download the new update for Adobe Shock Wave Player 11.0.3.470, but the version 11 keeps installing instead. I was told I may have the wrong plug in but I know nothing about plug ins, where do I find the plugins and how do I identify it. Thanks

hey there,

just do one thing with your internet browser. click on the tools options and then on the manage add ons tab.

click on the find more add ons tab and then just see on the web page which will open right in front of you the add on you need for it to work properly.

Hi Thanks for your reply I followed your instructions and the IE8 screen (I have IE7) opened and the picture (Add On) was
Oomph: A Microformats Toolbar

Where do I go from here?
