I cnt nstall Adobe flash player Closed

Question

Hello, 
I cant do any thiong online with out the adobe flash player but every time I go to install it it says that becuase of what the bar on the top of my screen says I cant install it untill I get rid of it. What should I do? 


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0
