Dell inspiron 1525 webcam not working

Hello,

i cant access my dell inspirion 1525 webcam
i have installed the dell integrated webcam driver
device manager shows driver perfectly installed no error
but when i open
Dell webcam console from all programs then a webcam console opens and there are 3 tags
-Picture controls
-Face Tracking
-Pan and Zoom
but these are setting and where is the webcam window???
and my webcam light also no blinks
how to open actual webcam window not settings

please help me
